We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is completed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Liability -- O'Hara Productions is not liable for your tapes, content or any other materials while in possession of the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or any other carrier. You agree to be liable for any tapes, content or any other materials, should they be misdirected, lost, stolen, delayed or damaged while in transit. All items purchased through O'Hara Productions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to your selected carrier. Due to the nature of the media, no insurance is available for shipping and handling of your order, and O'Hara Productions offers no warranty or guarantee against damage or loss. |
