Once you place an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" Email. Print out a copy of this email (if possible) and include it with your shipment. If you are not able to print out the email, include your order number and contact information with the shipment.

Initial (inbound) shipping to us is not part of our shipping services.
Please make sure to take extra care when packaging and labeling your order. Use a sturdy box and pad the contents or use a tear-proof padded envelope. Avoid using paper envelopes. Secure self-sealing boxes with extra tape.
Return Shipping: Select either USPS, FedEx or UPS during checkout. Once your order is completed, we will return ship it to you via the shipping method you selected. You will receive a tracking number and delivery estimation. The cost for shipping is based on the size of your order and the distance from our processing facility.
As a safety precaution, we do not delete your digital files from our system until you have received your completed order and 30 days have passed.
