How It Works

1. Collect and Organize

   Collect and organize all of your movies. Place each of your items in the order you want them transferred.

   Label each item with an ID number to represent the order to be transferred. Group them based on how you want the final DVDs to be organized. If you want us to combine tapes or film reels in a certain order, make sure to clearly label each of the tapes or reels so we know how you want them transferred. Combining is offered with the Deluxe, Premium and Express levels of service.

   DVDs hold 2 hours of content.

2. Place Order

   Use this website to place an order. The links on the top access our online shopping cart for order taking.

   If you would rather speak to us, please don’t hesitate to call. We accept credit cards, eChecks (via paypal), & Paypal Payments.

   We recommend registering and initiating your order online, as this creates a tracking record and allows us to keep you informed throughout the entire order process.

3. Ship Your Order or Schedule an Appointment

   Shipping: use the carrier of your choice and ship your order to us, we will return ship your items once completed.

   Drop Off: If you are local and prefer to drop your order off in person, please call us to schedule an appointment. Due to our production schedule, we do not hold regular office hours.

4. Progress Reports:

   You will receive progress reports from us during each stage of conversion. We will also notify you when your order is complete and issue you a tracking number from the shipping carrier (if applicable).

5. Receive and Enjoy!

   Your order will arrive with an unconditional guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us immediately and we will correct the problem or issue you a refund.
